Harbour View is a thriving school, which strives on developing a supportive caring learning environment for all our students and school community. We are busy building positive relationships with our parents, teachers, and community members so that we are all actively involved in our students learning journey. Harbour View is a large school located in the North End of Dartmouth, across from the Holy Trinity Church.  With the help of many wonderful volunteers, a nutritious Breakfast Program is provided for our students.  We have a dedicated, caring, skilled teaching and support staff. There are approximately 200 students, with 11 English classes from grades primary to six and an Early Learning Opportunity class.  Harbour View is fortunate to have many wonderful services working together in our school such as the Student Services offices, a Dental Clinic staff by Dalhousie Dental School, Excel and Dartmouth Preschool.  Our students also benefit from having the opportunity to learn outside in our beautiful outdoor classroom and community garden.  Our school aims to provide a nurturing environment for all our students and embrace the multi-cultural component which helps to enrich our diverse learning community. Harbour View school is “Busy Beeing our Best” building strong ties in our community  and  providing the best possible learning experience for all our students as we grow and learn together.
