Knowing that I can be a part of shaping the lives of students of African ancestry. I find this rewarding.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Authentically interacting with the students, allowing them to see me as a normal person like them.
What would you most like families to know about the role of Student Support Workers in HRCE schools?
That we are parents like them, and we want what is best for their children.
